Workshops for small business people

The Greater Collingwood Small Business Centre is offering three courses in the coming weeks.

Setting Yourself Up for Success will look at goals and accountability.

The course takes place on Wed., April 2 in the Braniff Room at Collingwood Town Hall, 97 Hurontario St., from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The cost is $10.

Another course is The Small Business Report Card, on Wed., April 9, at Collingwood Town Hall in the Braniff Room, from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Each participant in the course will do a self-assessment on his or her business.

The workshop includes a 100-point checklist that asks participants to look into important areas of their own business.

The cost to attend is $10.

A third workshop is dubbed Strategic Planning.

The session will focus on what is strategic planning and how it relates to business.

The session is based at 25 Second St., in Collingwood on Wed., April 16, from noon to 1 p.m.
