Two snowmobilers face several charges each, after an incident Saturday that also sent one man to hospital.
The Blue Mountains OPP said they were called to the intersection of Grey Rd. 19 and Craigleith Dr., about 10:30 p.m., Saturday. A snowmobile had collided with a wooden post, police said. The driver was taken to Collingwood General and Marine Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The OPP said two snowmobile operators were charged with several driving offences. A 43-year-old man from Etobicoke was charged with impaired operation of a motorized vehicle, driving with a blood alcohol level over .80 and refusal to provide a breath sample.
Another Etobicoke man, aged 30, was charged with impaired operation and failure to provide a breath sample.
Both men are to appear in Owen Sound Court on April 24.
