The Spring Home Style Show, sponsored by Rona Home and Garden, heads into its 15th year on March 8-9 at the Barrie Molson Centre.

This year promises to offer fresh new talent features and terrific exhibitors.

Admission is $7 for adults, seniors and youth are $5 and children under 12 are free.

“We are so excited to have Kimberly Seldon live at the show this year,” says Amber Welbelove, General Manager of MBM Shows. Seldon is a popular designer, journalist, speaker and broadcast personality and has an international reputation as a vibrant presence in the world of design.

She hosts and produces the popular television series, Design for Living, which airs in 65 countries worldwide. She is also the design expert on Citytv's CityLine, as well as a regular featured guest on HSN in the United States. Seldon will be taking the stage at the home show on Saturday at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The popular design celebrity and home economist Mary Dobson will be offering advice on Sunday, speaking about tabletop design trends and hot new kitchen gadgets.

Dobson was part of the Benjamin Moore Design Team that produced a series of best-selling design project books, such as Paint a Great Impression and Room Recipes: Cooking Up Style with Colour.

She has also been a contributor to many of Canada's home design décor consumer magazines. She is a regular guest expert on CityLine, and is a frequent home show headliner. Mary takes the stage on Sunday at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

New to the show this year is a state-of-the-art Sony Trailer that features the latest in Sony Home Electronic products, brought to you by Audiotronic. Participants can tour the trailer, ask question and fill out a ballot to win a fabulous prize from Audiotronic.

There will be other design and home renovation presenters on the stage throughout the weekend including Sharon Bagot from Munro’s Furnishings who will explore interior design ideas for Spring.

Terry LeClair from Prudential LeClair and Associates Realty will give attendees a lesson on how to maximize the value and equity in our homes.

“There is such a great variety of exhibitors and great information at this show, if you are thinking of a home project or renovation you don’t want to miss it,” says Welbelove.

Rona will be giving away $10 gift cards to the first 250 people to visit its booth and also a chance to win one of two $500 gift cards.
