The Downtown Collingwood Jazz at the Station returns for its second season this Wednesday.
The 10-week concert series kicks of at the Station on St. Paul St., at 7 p.m. with the Shelaugh Hart Quartet.
There is no charge for the concerts and residents are asked to bring their lawn chairs.
Organizer Frank McNulty said four of the artists are returning from last year's lineup, with the rest being new to the event.
"It's a diverse lineup and includes a lot of different types of jazz," he said.
The event this Wednesday will also serve as a CD release party for Hart. The CD is called Shelaugh Hart Live and was recorded at the Gayety Theatre and produced by JBG productions of Collingwood.
The rest of the lineup includes: Sploink! On July 2, Fig Leaf Jazz Band on July 9, Johannes Linstead Group on July 16, Russ Strathdee Band on July 23, Take 3+1 on July 30, Lance Anderson B3 Group on Aug. 6, Carol Warren Group on Aug. 13, Dennis McAndrew Quartet on Aug. 20 and Regal Jazz Band on Aug. 27.
