Women in Simcoe County in the trades have a new place to connect.

Simcoe County Women in the Trades is a new group being set up for people to share information, network and connect at an informal meeting for women working in skilled trades. It is open to women already working, and those interested in working in the trades.

A meeting is being held Thurs., June 19 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. It will be at the Simcoe County Training Board, 18 Alliance Blvd. in Barrie.
